OverviewAs Learning Manager in luxury retail, you drive client experience by training and coaching store teams. You implement brand culture, product knowledge, and selling skills to support store growth. You work cross-functionally with store, HR, and corporate Learning teams to scale impact through onboarding, coaching, and development plans. You stay hands-on on the shop floor to ensure adoption of training and measurable improvements. This role combines leadership, coaching, and strategic training delivery.ResponsabilitàTrain and coach store teams to embody Brand culture, values and productsPartner with Team and Store Managers to implement learning progression aligned with business objectives and sales targetsLead in-store coaching to elicit solutions and develop individual team membersSupport Store Managers in building coaching skills and development paths for staffIdentify and nurture potential talent and create individual development plansProvide ongoing performance feedback to Store Managers and HR on team progressEnsure visibility of training activities to Store Management and monitor training impactCollaborate with Corporate/EMEA on training projects and deliver country-level trainingFacilitate onboarding for new hires and coordinate with HR on proactive staffing plansCoordinate product training with Merchandising for launches and share best practices across storesRequisiti fondamentaliFluent in Italian and EnglishSignificant experience in luxury retailStrong training delivery and presentation skills using varied techniquesExcellent oral and written communication with ability to influence stakeholdersProactive, structured, collaborative mindsetGood understanding of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and ExcelTravel flexibilityMinimum 5 years of experienceAbility to adapt in a fast-paced environmentproactivecollaborativeinfluencing能力PowerPointMicrosoft WordExcel
