OverviewAs a Regional Service Representative for MV, you on-site commission and diagnose Schneider Electric medium-voltage switchgear, delivering expert support on complex projects. You work closely with other service engineers and partners, documenting results and training customers on basic operations. This role combines hands-on technical work with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will travel internationally to install, commission, and optimize MV equipment, shaping reliable power systems for diverse clients.ResponsabilitàPerform Startup & Commissioning on MV equipment across product rangesEvaluate installation and operational conditions of equipment and systemsConduct onsite adjustments to optimize running conditionsPerform root cause analysis to distinguish quality, software,
or operational issuesCollaborate with Schneider Electric service engineers or partners during interventionsDocument test results and produce site work reportsTrain customers on basic operations of the equipmentPerform preventive and corrective maintenance for MV productsRequisiti fondamentaliSolid understanding of electrical principles for medium voltage; fundamentals of automation and protection relaysAbility to work with general direction and follow safety policiesProficient in reading, analyzing, and interpreting procedures and regulations; capable of writing reportsStrong problem-definition, data collection, and analysis abilitiesAbility to handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyWillingness to travel internationally up to 70% of timeElectrotechnical education (university degree an advantage)At least 5 years' experience with commissioning and/or field service activitiesConfirmed experience with MV power distribution products (Schneider Electric or other brands)Knowledge of protection relays is a strong advantageAbility to work autonomously, analyze technical challenges and propose solutionsExcellent mechanical and electrical hands-on skillsFluent English (B2+ level minimum)Software skills: MS Office, Acrobat, AutoCAD, Power system CX softwareFlexibilityReliabilityCustomer focusProtection relaysMV power distribution productsAutocad
