OverviewIn this role you help ensure safe, reliable operation of the site's non-manufacturing infrastructure within a leading semiconductor company. You will manage building services, fire protection, water systems, and preventive maintenance, coordinating with internal teams and external providers. Your work supports compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across the facility. This is a hands-on, collaborative role with a clear impact on site reliability and energy efficiency.ResponsabilitàOversee testing, certification and preventive maintenance of fire detection, alarm, and automatic fire suppression systemsEnsure compliance with fire safety regulations, maintain documentation, support inspections and auditsManage maintenance, dosing and testing of domestic and drinking water systems, aligned with health and anti-legionella requirementsCoordinate maintenance and repair of office lighting, electrical distribution, plumbing, civil infrastructure, and building servicesSupport space management activities including relocations, layout changes, and furniture/equipment logisticsCoordinate and supervise external contractors to ensure safe, efficient maintenance per standardsDevelop, track,
and execute preventive maintenance schedules via CMMSSupport internal technicians and external contractors with a collaborative coaching approachEnsure maintenance activities follow RAMS and Permit-to-Work proceduresIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement, focusing on energy efficiency, water reduction, and maintenance process optimizationRequisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related technical disciplineExperience in facilities engineering, maintenance, building services, fire protection systems, utilities, or technical project management is advantageousKnowledge of preventive maintenance, facility utilities, contractor management, and health & safety practices is an assetLocal Electrical Wireman Licenses (A and B) are advantageousStrong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive technical mindsetAbility to collaborate with internal teams, contractors and external service providersGood English communication, both written and verbalMotivation to learn and contribute to continuous improvement in a dynamic industrial environmentproblem-solvingattention to detailproactivefire protection systemspreventive maintenanceCMMS
