This position offers a clear impact on strategic decisions and cash/working capital management.Retribuzione / BenefitsSmart-Working: 2 su 5Salary: 50.000 - 55.000MBO: 10%/15%Location: Settimo Milanese (MI)ResponsabilitàProduce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accuracy and reliabilityPerform variance analysis against budget/forecast/prior periods to identify drivers and trendsSupport month-end and year-end closing activities including reconciliations and accrualsProvide insightful financial analyses to aid strategic decisionsMonitor operating expenses, investments, and performance; develop KPI dashboardsPartner with department leaders for cost, profitability, and efficiency analysisSupport profitability analysis by unit, project, customer,
or geographyAssist in cash flow and working capital monitoring; analyze receivables/payables trendsCoordinate budgeting and forecasting, gathering assumptions from Sales/Operations/HR/ITAssist evaluation of investments with financial modelling and business casesSupport ERP-related reporting and process optimization, including automation and digitalization projectsPerform ad hoc analyses and special projects for senior managementRequisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fieldMinimum 5 years in Controlling, FP&A;, Audit, Finance or similar analytical finance rolesStrong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principlesERP experience; Oracle NetSuite knowledge is a strong advantageAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting toolsFluency in English (written and spoken)Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and stakeholder managementIFRS knowledgeERP systems (Oracle NetSuite)Advanced Excel and financial reporting tools
