OverviewIn this role you will support the Finance & General Administration function with a high degree of autonomy, ensuring accurate financial management and regulatory compliance while coordinating with local stakeholders and Head Office. You will tackle accounting, budgeting, and regulatory reporting tasks that influence financial planning and control. This is a fit for a pro who thrives in a regulated, cross-border setting and wants to contribute to robust financial governance.ResponsabilitàOversee accounting and bookkeeping in compliance with J GAAP, IFRS local requirements and US GAAP reportingPrepare and manage financial and regulatory reporting to Head Office, Central Bank and other authoritiesSupport financial planning and managerial reporting, including expense budgeting, forecasting and cost controlManage tax-related activities, including corporate income tax, VAT, withholding taxes, stamp duties and expatriates' tax matters,
ensuring deadlines and legislation complianceReconcile reciprocal current accounts with Head Office and banking counterpartsSupport general administration activities, including facilities management, procurement, accounts payable and supplier contract managementContribute to the continuous monitoring and update of internal procedures in line with regulatory and legislative changesRequisiti fondamentali8–10 years of experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within banking or regulated financial institutionsProven background in accounting, budgeting, expense forecasting and regulatory reportingStrong knowledge of accounting principles, financial and regulatory reportingSolid expertise in tax compliance and corporate taxationExperience in budget control and financial analysisGood written and spoken EnglishGAAP, IFRS, US GAAP reportingtax compliance and corporate taxationbudgeting, forecasting and cost controlfinancial and regulatory reportingregulatory updates and compliance monitoring
