OverviewAs IT Lead for Amazon Operations, you will direct a multi-location IT team delivering innovative technical support to our operations network. You'll partner with facility leaders to ensure reliable infrastructure, safety-driven practices, and continuous IT improvements across fulfillment, sortation, and last mile. You'll shape infrastructure builds for new facilities and drive timely, data-informed decisions in a fast-paced, 24x7 environment.
