About the Dutch Customer Service Role
As a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative , you will assist Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other digital communication channels. You will answer customer questions, resolve issues and ensure a high-quality customer experience.
You will work in an international Customer Service / Customer Support environment , using your Dutch language skills every day while communicating in English with your colleagues and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support in Dutch via phone, email and other communication channels.
- Respond to customer questions, requests and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer issues and elevate complex cases when required.




- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems and CRM tools.
- Follow customer service procedures and quality standards.
- Meet individual and team customer service KPIs .
- Deliver a positive customer experience in every interaction.
- Work effectively with an international and multicultural team.

Requirements
- Fluent or native Dutch (C1/C2) .
- Good English communication skills .
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Call Center, Contact Center, Technical Support, Hospitality or Retail is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented and empathetic approach.
- Comfortable working in a multichannel customer support environment .
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece , if currently living abroad.

Salary & Benefits
- €1,500 gross per month
- 14 salaries pe
