As Assistant to the CMO, you will have the exciting opportunity to join our global marketing organization as part of a maternity leave cover assignment.Your ResponsibilitiesProvide personal assistance and organizational support to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)Manage the CMO’s calendar, including scheduling and coordinating meetingsAct as an interface between the CMO and employees across our global departmentsCoordinate the marketing budget planning process as part of the overall company planning cyclePrepare and coordinate management meeting documentation and materialsSupport the innovation process by organizing, preparing, facilitating, and documenting monthly innovation meetingsManage sponsorship requests and sponsorship activities at Group levelContribute to the further development of internal and external communication initiativesYour ProfileInitial professional experience in an assistant or coordination role, ideally with experience in marketingCompleted degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management or a related fieldStrong organizational skills combined with a structured, independent, and reliable way of workingOpen and communicative personality who enjoys collaborating with a variety of stakeholdersVery good German, Italian, and English language skillsGlobal Mindset: Working in an international environmentNature meets Design:
