Il tuo ruolo
For an in-person opportunity, located at our office in Assago (MI), we are looking for a Junior Recruiter (stage) to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will have the opportunity to undertake a full training path in the world of recruitment and staff selection, actively collaborating in recruiting activities for technical profiles in Engineering, Industrial and IT sectors.
Responsabilità
- Identificare e ricercare potenziali candidati in linea con le esigenze aziendali;
- Pubblicare e gestire annunci di lavoro sui principali canali di recruiting;
- Effettuare attività di ricerca diretta e indiretta dei candidati;
- Partecipare ai colloqui di selezione e alle attività di assessment;
- Supportare la preparazione e la presentazione delle shortlist di candidati ai Manager di riferimento;
- Collaborare con il team HR nelle attività quotidiane di recruiting e talent acquisition.
Requisiti
- Laureandi o neolaureati, preferibilmente in discipline umanistiche, economiche o affini;
- Forte interesse per il mondo delle Risorse Umane e della ricerca e selezione del personale;
- Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e al raggiungimento degli obiettivi;
- Proattività, curiosità e voglia di mettersi in gioco;
- Livello lingua inglese: B2/C1.
