We are looking for a Financial Controller for our F&B; outlets (restaurants) across two hospitality destinations in Milan: Palazzo Cordusio and Torre Velasca.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial and accounting operations across multiple locations. This role provides hands‑on operational support with a strong focus on budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
Main responsibilities
- Supports all financial and operational accounting activities, including monthly closing, balance sheet preparation, cash flow statements, flash reporting, cash management, costing, and budgeting
- Leads the monthly accounting close process for multiple entities
- Drives the digitalization of accounting processes
- Assists in forecasting and budgeting, including variance análisis
- Provides financial evaluation and business case support for new openings
- Prepares financial reports, KPIs, and dashboards for internal stakeholders
- Collaborates directly with Operations Managers to enhance financial awareness and provide actionable financial insights
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi‑site F&B;, hospitality, or retail environment
- Strong communication skills in both Italian and professional-level English
- Solid knowledge of finance, accounting principles, and related tools
- Knowledge of local accounting principles and IFRS
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Navision, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in team management
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities, with the capacity to evaluate alternatives and provide clear business recommendations
- Extensive experience in budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting
- Salary Range: 40.000€ to 55.000€ gross per year
