Overview
As Operations Specialist at ASM, you will support and optimize day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and service excellence. Responsabilità
- Execute and support daily operational activities to ensure business continuity and service delivery
- Monitor operational workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions
- Coordinate activities across departments to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Collect, analyze,
interpret and publish operational data and performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities based on operational performance
- Support operational projects, system implementations, and organizational initiatives
- Track project milestones, action items, and deliverables
- Assist with change management activities and user adoption efforts
- Coordinate testing, training, and process documentation for new initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor in Business Administration
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, customer service, logistics, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience using ERP, CRM, or operational management systems
