Solution Design Engineer who identifies and develops comprehensive projects aligning with customer needs and business goals.
Responsibilities: analyze the needs of the potential customer through the study of the tender documents or direct contact with the counterparty;
verify and guarantee compliance with technical and economic clauses and/or constraints, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with the best expected profitability in compliance with company policies;
discuss existing processes with figures belonging to the Operations area;
discuss with other company functions to confirm/request costs for services/tools; necessary for the development of the offer;
develop technical/commercial offers using specific Geodis tools;
summarize in a technical presentation the solution identified for each tender carried out.
Requirements: MSC in Management, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or equivalent;
At least 3 years of prior experience in the role;
previous experience in manufacturing or automotive environments, is considered a plus;
Excellent command of the Microsoft Office suite, especially in Excel, Power Point and AutoCAD. Precision, an analytical approach, and proactivity;
Excellent knowledge of the English language. annual salary expected in a range between €45.000 and €50.000
