ams OSRAM is seeking a senior validation engineer to lead bring-up and validation of RF, HF, analog, mixed-signal, and high-speed digital ICs in Lombardy. You will develop validation plans, characterize devices across PVT, and drive root-cause analysis of silicon issues.

You will coordinate with architecture, design, verification, layout, packaging, and manufacturing teams, support customer evaluations, and mentor junior engineers throughout product development.
