ams Italy S.r.l. is seeking a senior expert in HF analog circuit design to lead the development of broadband optical communication ICs in Lombardy. You will define methodologies, guide high-performance analog and mixed-signal designs, and push transmitter/receiver innovations.

The role requires 15+ years of analog IC design experience and advanced CMOS node exposure (FinFET/FD-SOI). Prior layout knowledge is a plus, and you will mentor engineers while driving design reviews and sign-offs.
