We’re seeking an energetic Store Manager with an innovative mindset and a passion for crafting exceptional customer experiences.
Your role
● Lead the team and represent the Meller brand, ensuring every customer enjoys a unique in-store experience.
● Set clear goals, foster a sense of shared ownership, and keep the team focused on results and continuous improvement.
● Turn the store into more than just a shop — a space of connection where every visitor experiences the full Meller vibe.
● Oversee daily operations, from inventory to visual standards, ensuring smooth store functionality (POS, deliveries, replenishment, maintenance).
● Monitor stock levels, make adjustments as needed, and maintain an organised, attractive store.
● Ensure promotions and campaigns are executed flawlessly.
● Bring proactive ideas to help the store and brand evolve — your input matters.
What we’re looking for
● Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a leadership role with team management.
● Strategic and analytical mindset to make data-driven decisions using KPIs and sales reports.
● Passion for fashion and a strong interest in the product.
● High level of English, comfortable with international customers.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales and KPI analysis.
● Energetic, growth-oriented attitude; a team player who shares our ambitious vision.
