To strengthen our Sales Team in Bologna, Italy, we are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Intern to join our team, gain hands-on experience in international sales operations, and complete a curricular internship as required by their university program.
Your Responsibilities
- Support customer acquisition, market development, and the identification of new business opportunities
- Contact potential customers via email and phone, and systematically follow up on sales leads
- Maintain, update, and manage customer and prospect information in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and completeness
- Assist with customer inquiries, requirement communication, and sales project coordination to support business development and sales conversion
- Provide daily operational support to the Sales Team and participate in domestic and international trade fairs and business activities
Your Profile
- Currently enrolled as a university student (required to complete a curricular internship as part of your study program)
- Studying Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in international sales, procurement, and commercial business processes
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
- Strong communication skills; additional language skills are an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
