Responsabilità
- Frame new business challenges and define analytics scope
- Design innovative algorithms and data-driven models
- Implement and deploy scalable AI solutions

- Prepare and present clear visualizations of complex results
- Lead thought leadership and conferences on behalf of BCG X
- Develop and deliver data science capabilities and solutions for climate and other topics
Requisiti fondamentali
- Client-facing experience and ability to lead teams
- Ability to distill complex results into simple visualizations
- Explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly
- Strong software development mindset and collaboration in code-based environments (DevOps experience premio)
- Proven track record applying advanced analytics to business problems
- Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their business implications
- Strong project management skills
- Fluency in Italian and English
