The Role:
Support the quality oversight of external manufacturing activities, ensuring compliance, documentation management and coordination with contract manufacturers, affiliates and partners.
Main Responsibilities of the role:
- Review of batch release certificates and sharing with Affiliates/Partners.
- Management of the TrackWise system for deviations, changes and complaints including: registration of deviations, complaints and changes in the system for all contract manufacturers.
- Bi-weekly/monthly monitoring of TrackWise records for deviations, complaints and changes related to all contract manufacturers on the basis of the follow-up requests to contract manufacturers for these quality records.
- Sharing deviations, complaints, changes and master batch records with Partners/Affiliates in accordance with Quality Agreements in place.
- Support the management and the review of minor deviations, complaints and changes.
- Support the management and the review of master batch records impacted by minor changes.
- Support in the review of Product Quality Reviews (PQRs) and executed batch records of contract manufacturers.
- Monitor stability data received from contract man
