Overview
As an Ice Cream Product Design Manager, you will drive formulation development, validation and industrialization of ice cream products. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions, ensuring quality, safety and regulatory compliance. You will lead experiments from lab to pilot plant and support product commercialization with Manufacturing and Quality teams. This role offers the opportunity to shape a growing category and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will operate in a hands-on, proactive environment, bridging science and manufacturing to deliver impactful products.
Responsabilità
- Support R&D; across innovation and continuous improvement projects
- Develop formulations and manage product specifications
- Conduct laboratory, pilot plant and industrial trials and analyze results
- Assist product industrialization with Manufacturing and Quality teams
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure quality, safety and regulatory compliance
- Contribute to issue resolution and ongoing improvement initiatives across the category
Requisiti fondamentali
- Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biology or related discipline
- Proven experience in ice cream product development
- Solid understanding of ice cream formulation, raw materials and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of sensory evaluation, food safety and quality standards
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, multi-priority management and hands-on delivery
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a passion for innovation
- Fluency in English and willingness to travel occasionally
