Come join the excellence! /p h3Overview /h3 pThe Production Planning area is responsible for setting goals and objectives that ensure the overall integration of manufacturing and planning policies, processes, programs, and operational efficiencies. It ensures maximum utilization of available manufacturing capacity, including labor, tools, and equipment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 pThe bPDU Power Infrastructure Manager /b is the global owner and subject matter expert for the company's PDU infrastructure. This role is responsible for monitoring, alarming, firmware management, lifecycle planning, inventory strategy, and technology standardization across the global network footprint. /p pThe role also partners closely with business units, engineering, procurement, and operations teams to forecast growth, develop capacity strategies, and ensure PDU infrastructure is aligned with current and future business needs. /p pThe successful candidate will provide technical leadership for intelligent PDU platforms while developing long-term strategies that ensure a reliable, scalable, and supportable power infrastructure. /p h3Qualifications /h3 h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3PDU Infrastructure Management /h3 ul liServe as the primary technical owner for all deployed PDU platforms globally. /li liMaintain and manage approved PDU standards, product selections, and deployment guidelines. /li liEvaluate new PDU technologies and provide recommendations for adoption and standardization. /li /ul h3Monitoring Firmware Management /h3 ul liManage monitoring, alerting, and reporting for the global PDU estate through Nlyte and other approved monitoring platforms. /li liDevelop and maintain alarm thresholds, escalation procedures, and operational standards. /li liCoordinate firmware upgrades, security updates, and vulnerability remediation activities.



/li /ul h3Lifecycle Inventory Management /h3 ul liDevelop and execute lifecycle management and replacement strategies for all PDU assets. /li liTrack warranty, end-of-sale, end-of-support, and end-of-life milestones. /li liMaintain accurate asset inventory and support forecasting for refresh and expansion initiatives. /li liWork closely with business units to forecast growth and infrastructure demand, translating business requirements into PDU capacity plans, inventory forecasts, lifecycle replacement schedules, and budget recommendations. /li liPartner with Procurement and Logistics to ensure adequate inventory is available for growth and replacement activities. /li /ul h3Vendor Operational Support /h3 ul liManage vendor relationships, product registrations, RMAs, and support escalations. /li liMonitor market trends, product roadmaps, and supply chain risks. /li liSupport emergency replacements and major incident response involving PDU infrastructure. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience managing intelligent PDU infrastructure in enterprise, data center, or colocation environments. /li liExperience with PDU monitoring, alarm management, firmware administration, and remote management platforms. /li liExperience managing hardware lifecycle programs, inventory, and technology refresh initiatives. /li liExperience working directly with equipment vendors and support organizations. /li /ul h3Technical Skills /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of intelligent PDUs and power distribution technologies. /li liUnderstanding of SNMP, infrastructure monitoring, and alerting platforms. /li liKnowledge of firmware management and vulnerability remediation processes.



/li liUnderstanding of data center power concepts, including voltage, amperage, load balancing, and redundancy. /li liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience with APC/Schneider Electric, Vertiv, Geist, Raritan, or similar PDU platforms. /li liExperience with Nlyte or other DCIM tools. /li liExperience supporting global infrastructure deployments. /li liExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and asset lifecycle planning. /li /ul h3Skills /h3 ul liPower BI or data analytics experience. /li liAutomation or scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, APIs). /li liProject management experience. /li liVendor management and contract administration experience. /li /ul h3Ideal Candidate /h3 pThe ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing enterprise PDU environments and can assume responsibility for monitoring, alarm management, firmware governance, lifecycle planning, inventory strategy, and vendor engagement. This individual will serve as the organization's primary subject matter expert for PDU infrastructure. /p pFor US candidates, we anticipate paying $90,000 - $105,000 annually. Any compensation range provided for a role is an estimate determined by available market data. The actual amount may be higher or lower than the range provided, considering each candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
