ams OSRAM is seeking a Verification Leader with a strong track record in high-frequency, mixed-signal verification for broadband optical communication ICs. You will define verification strategies, drive block and chip-level validation, and mentor a team of verification engineers.

Requirement includes MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience with SystemVerilog, UVM, and coverage-driven verification across advanced CMOS nodes such as FinFET/FD-SOI.
