Position:
We are expanding our Legislative Compliance – FGAS and Thermal Cadastre division and seek an intern . You will provide essential support in documentation handling, customer support, and regulatory verification.
Key Tasks:
- Process and respond to client submissions concerning compliance duties;
- Review, validate, and prepare technical and administrative files for FGAS standards and Energy Efficiency Control Reports (RCEE) ;
- Manage data entry and synchronization on regulatory portals and internal systems.
- Collaborate with technical experts to safeguard regulatory deadlines and legal commitments;
- Travel to premises for inspections and field assistance when project needs arise.
Requirements
- Technical diploma, preferably in Thermal/Plumbing , Energy , Mechanics , or comparable;
- Eager to dive into plant regulations and statutory compliance;
- Skilled in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word proficiency required);
- Organized, precise, and highly attentive to detail;
- Outstanding interpersonal skills with a strong client-service focus;
- Open to dual responsibilities involving office work and on-site client interactions.
