and potential litigation; /liliAssessment of legal and contractual risks; /liliCoordination of law firms and external consultants; /liliImprovement and digitization of legal processes. /li /ul h3Who you are: /h3 pMaster’s degree in Law with: /p ulliAt least 3 years of experience at law firms or in corporate legal departments; /liliExperience in commercial contracts, preferably in the technology, energy, industrial, or infrastructure sectors; /liliKnowledge of commercial and corporate law; /liliExperience in MA, due diligence, and, preferably, public contracts and tenders; /liliAdmission to the bar is considered a plus; /liliExcellent command of English. /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ulliPermanent contract in Rome; /liliAnnual salary range: €40,000 – €48,000 (In accordance with the Pay Transparency Directive No. 2023/970); /liliPersonal growth and programs of empowerment ; /liliSmart working, corporate welfare including supplemental health care, wellness programs, family and parental caring, benefits, conventions and more. /li /ul pWe are looking for candidates of both sexes - L.903/77 e D.
