ph3Job Title: SALES marketing Manager – Multi-Concept Venue /h3 h3Salary: €36,000-€38,000, gross per year /h3 h3Start Date: ASAP /h3 pFor our client, an international company, we are seeking a strategic and results-driven Sales Marketing Manager to lead the commercial strategy of a dynamic, multi-revenue establishment. This role is responsible for directing sales and marketing initiatives that align with the venue’s operational vision, while upholding brand standards and core values to meet or exceed business objectives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLocal Sales Revenue Growth: Drive local sales initiatives to increase revenue, with a focus on building relationships with corporate clients, hotels, tour operators, and event organisers. /li liFinancial Strategic Leadership: Demonstrate a strong grasp of budgeting, PL analysis, and forecast models to drive informed decision-making. /li liMarketing Execution: Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and sales strategies to ensure consistent growth in customer engagement. /li liCross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the General Manager and wider leadership team, including the Regional Sales Marketing Manager, to align efforts and maximise results. /li liMulti-Product Promotion: Market a diverse business model (dining, retail, events, and entertainment) to varied guest segments, including corporate, tourist, and local clientele. /li liGuest-Centric Culture: Foster an environment where exceptional service is prioritised, ensuring guest satisfaction meets or exceeds brand expectations.
/li liEvent Client Relations: Conceptualise and deliver high-impact meetings and events that surpass client expectations. /li liTalent Development: Assist in recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent, setting clear performance goals, and implementing career growth pathways. /li liLearning Development: Act as a Learning Coach, designing and executing training programs to enhance team skills and retention. /li /ul h3Key Requirements: /h3 ul liProven experience with CRM platforms and digital marketing tools. /li liStrong background in social media strategy and execution. /li liPrevious experience in sales roles within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, tourism, travel, MICE, or events is highly desirable. /li liStrong commercial awareness and a track record of driving revenue growth. /li liExisting contacts in the local market would be an advantage. /li liCreative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the team. /li liNatural sales aptitude with a passion for driving business growth. /li liExceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences (clients, media, partners, and internal teams). /li liStrong business acumen, problem-solving, and analytical skills. /li liFluency in bEnglish and Italian /b is highly desirable. /li /ul h3Job Title: Sales Marketing Manager – Multi-Concept Venue /h3 h3Salary: €36,000-€38,000, gross per year /h3 h3Start Date: ASAP /h3 /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
