This role ensures a cost-effective, timely, and high-quality supply to our production sites while driving supplier excellence, sourcing strategies, and continuous cost optimization initiatives. /p h3Job Description /h3 ul liResponsibility for strategic and operational procurement activities to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality supply of production sites. /li liImplementation of the regional procurement strategy and continuous improvement of local purchasing processes and supplier structures. /li liConducting price, contract, and commercial negotiations, as well as concluding supplier agreements. /li liAnalysis of procurement markets and identification, qualification, and development of new suppliers to ensure a competitive supplier base. /li liEstablishment and maintenance of sustainable supplier relationships, including supplier performance management and claims management. /li liClose collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and regional Procurement teams. /li liLeadership, coaching, and development of the local procurement team. /li /ul h3Required Skills And Education /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
