We'readdressing the global challenges of ending plastic waste, taking climate action, and supporting a thriving society, while generating value for our customers, investors, and society. /p h3Basic Function /h3 ul liCollaborate with Mepol HSE Manager in the risk assessment and, therefore, in the drafting of the relevant Risks assessment document, in the planning and control of the prevention and protection measures implemented to guarantee adequate levels of health and safety; /li liIdentify and evaluate the risk factors within the company; /li liContinuously monitor the dynamics that develop within the company with regard to the state of the structural and technological resources (work environments, systems, machines, equipment, etc.), the organization, training and work practices followed, reporting risk situations in writing to the employer (e.g. Near misses, HS Gap Analysis reports); /li liParticipate in consultations on health and safety at work, i.e. the annual periodic meeting (art. 35 Legislative Decree 81/2008).
/li /ul pbGeneral /b /p ul liProvide employees with the information required by art. 36 Legislative Decree 81/2008. /li liIdentify and monitor opportunities for improvement in safety and the environment. /li liPlanning and contacts with suppliers for periodic checks of safety, fire, emergency, electrical safety systems, and for the supply of goods and services (PPE, modifications, small equipment, environmental analysis) /li liPromotes programs or initiatives to raise awareness of the OCS (Operation Clean Sweep) program /li liSupport internal safety and environmental audits /li liApply and enforce rules and procedures relating to Security aspects (ISO28000 Management System) /li liUse of customized software for the creation of safety data sheets /li liRecording of data in the Intelex system /li /ul pbArea of Expertise, Requirements /b /p ul liPlant personnel apply and comply with safety and environmental regulations /li liDVR updated and compliant with HSE regulations /li liMachinery and systems continuously updated and compliant with regulations /li liReduction of the LTA index and the number of accidents /li liPlant compliance with Safety and Environmental regulations /li liContinuous reduction of environmental impact through continuous improvement /li /ul h3Min. Qualification /h3 ul liTechnical high school diploma + 3 years of experience or bachelor/master's degree in Prevention and Protection Techniques, Industrial or Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science Technology + 1-2 years of experience.
/li liGood knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) prevention and protection Techniques and Italian Regulation (Legislative Decree 81/2008 and 152/2006) /li liMinimum experience (also Academic) in HSE topics application /li liGood knowledge of English /li liCertificate of attendance, with learning assessment, at specific qualifying training courses (ASPP – ref.
