ABOUT THE ROLE – Project Service Manager
We are looking for a Project Service Manager with proven experience in managing project support and project control functions within complex Oil&Gas; projects.
Reporting to the Project General Manager, the candidate will be responsible for coordinating project services including cost control, planning and scheduling, document control, procurement support, logistics and project administration. The role will act as a key interface between the technical project team, corporate functions, contractors and the Client, ensuring effective project execution in terms of cost, schedule,
compliance and operational requirements.

Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate project service activities across engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning phases.
- Manage and coordinate project services teams covering cost control, planning, document control, logistics and procurement support.
- Develop and maintain the Project Services Execution Plan in line with project and Client requirements.
- Oversee project cost control, budget monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Supervise project planning and scheduling activities, ensuring integration of engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning schedules.
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules and monitor overall project progress against the approved baseline.
