/li liGenerate medical insights through the collection of field-based data. /li liCollaborate effectively with internal stakeholders within and outside of Medical Affairs. /li liExecute the tactical field plans for engagement with the medical and scientific community for assigned products. /li /ul h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 ul liEngage in scientific exchange in which knowledge about product(s), disease(s) and therapeutic areas is shared to ensure safe and effective use of Astellas products. /li liEngage in discussions on emerging trends in dieasease management, treatment approaches and the evolving therapeutic landscape. /li liMaintain relationships with external stakeholders through one-to-one and group interactions, demonstrating strong scientific expertise and a clear understanding of stakeholder needs. /li liMaintain up-to-date medical, scientific, and clinical knowledge to enable credible peer-to-peer scientific exchange. /li liUtilize strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. /li liDevelop and sustain a thorough understanding of the local healthcare environment, system dynamics, and evolving healthcare landscape. /li liSupport Medical Education activities. /li liProactively identify and engage with future stakeholders (KEEs, Nurses, Pharmacists and other healthcare professionals) in alignment with local health care system. /li /ul h3Essential Qualifications /h3 ul liSignificant experience in lung cancer,
