AbbVie is seeking a Senior Manager, External Manufacturing to lead the relationship with and performance of its third-party manufacturers. In this strategic and operational role, you will serve as AbbVie's primary point of contact for several industrial partners.
You will directly contribute to ensuring continuity of supply, quality, regulatory compliance, manufacturing performance, and cost competitiveness for externally manufactured products. Key responsibilities

- Manage relationships with third-party manufacturers by defining effective governance, responsibilities, operating models, and communication channels.
- Ensure continuity of supply by coordinating forecasts, production schedules, and delivery plans with Supply Chain, Planning, and industrial partners.
- Anticipate and manage operational risks related to capacity, raw materials, components, lead times, or supplier performance to prevent supply disruptions.
