ppFor our Group Compliance Department, within the ESG Division, we are looking for a bSustainability Specialist /b to join our Corporate team. /p pThe selected candidate will support the development and implementation of the Group's sustainability strategy, contribute to the definition and monitoring of ESG objectives and KPIs, and assist in sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement activities. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the definition and implementation of the Group sustainability strategy by contributing to ESG projects and initiatives. /li liAssist in defining sustainability KPIs and targets (Environmental, Social Governance) and monitor their progress. /li liCollaborate with key business functions, including Operations, Human Resources, Procurement, Finance, and other departments, to integrate sustainable practices into business processes. /li liManage data collection and coordinate the completion and submission of sustainability ratings, ESG assessments, and questionnaires requested by customers, investors, and other stakeholders. /li liCoordinate and support internal and external ESG audits. /li liPrepare and coordinate sustainability reporting activities, including Sustainability Reports, Double Materiality Assessments, CSRD/ESRS disclosures, and GRI reporting frameworks. /li liPrepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders. /li liMonitor developments in sustainability legislation and support the implementation of regulatory requirements across the Group. /li liOperate in compliance with the requirements of the Company's Integrated Management System. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's Degree, preferably in Economics,
Business Administration, Management Engineering, or related fields. /li liPrevious experience, even limited (approximately 1 year), in sustainability-related roles within manufacturing companies or consulting firms. /li liBasic knowledge of CSRD/ESRS standards and major ESG reporting frameworks. /li liUnderstanding of Carbon Footprint methodologies, including Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions. /li liStrong analytical skills and experience in data management, with advanced Excel knowledge; familiarity with Power BI or similar tools is considered an advantage. /li liExcellent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level). /li liAbility to manage priorities, deadlines, and cross-functional projects effectively. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact successfully with both internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster's degree or specialized training in ESG, Sustainability, or related disciplines. /li liInternal Auditor or Lead Auditor qualification for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, or equivalent standards. /li liKnowledge of a second foreign language, particularly Spanish or German. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liInitial fixed-term employment contract with the goal of permanent employment. /li liCompetitive salary package, with a starting gross annual salary ranging from b€33,000 to €39,000 /b, depending on experience and qualifications. /li liOpportunity to work in a dynamic and international industrial environment. /li liHybrid working opportunities. /li liProfessional development and growth within a rapidly evolving ESG and Sustainability function. /li libWork location: Arpaia (BN), Italy. /b /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
