Your goal is to /ppensure that every release meets Hekanize’s high standards, acting as a vital bridge between /ppcustomer needs and technical development. /ppThis role focuses on meticulous test execution, workflow optimization, and direct user support to /ppensure a seamless platform experience. /ph3bYour Typical Day /b /h3ulliQA Execution Manual Testing: Define acceptance criteria for new features and perform functional, regression, and integration testing on release candidates. /liliWorkflow Management: Manage and optimize the QA workflow within Jira to support a continuous and organized delivery process. /liliCustomer Support (L2): Analyze reports from the customer portal, identifying bugs or areas for improvement and translating them into technical specifications for developers. /liliCross-functional Alignment: Collaborate constantly with backend, frontend, and AI teams to ensure a shared understanding of quality requirements.
