If you're ready to apply your optimization talents in an environment where excellence is expected and rewarded, we want to talk to you. /p h3Responsibilities /h3ulliLead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout. /liliPerform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities. /liliDesign high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity. /liliPartner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment. /liliMaintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process. /liliAnalyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions. /liliDocument learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth. /liliPresent insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3ulliProven CRO Results: 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts. /liliDesign Sensibility: Strong UI/UX understanding ,
