We are looking for a talented, curious, and highly motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our Research & Marketing Team based at our Corporate Office in Milan.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline;
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Power Query;
- Fluency in both written and spoken Italian and English;
- Previous experience, including academic projects or internships, involving data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence;
- A genuine interest in data management, analytics, and market research.

What you will be responsible for?

As a Junior Data Analyst, you will:

- Collect, clean, validate, and structure datasets from multiple internal and external sources, with a particular focus on Excel-based data;
- Analyse and accurately map variables and data structures to ensure consistency and comparability across datasets;




- Perform data normalization activities on context-sensitive information, including currencies, units of measurement, product classifications, and local naming conventions;
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of comparative dashboards and reporting tools to facilitate cross-country and cross-functional analysis;
- Assist in identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights from large datasets;
- Contribute to technical documentation, data governance processes, and best practices;
- Present and communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively identifying and designing new processes and tools to support all areas of the business.

What Skills Do We Consider Essential for This Role?

- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas or VBA, PivotTables, Power Query, and data cleansing techniques;
- Basic knowledge of Python;
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and fundamental data management principles;
- Basic understanding of data visualization concepts and reporting best practices;
- Knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence platforms would be considered an advantage;




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively;
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to data quality;
- Collaborative attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to learn and develop professionally.

Compensation Package

- Permanent Contract with a competitive salary ranging from €26.000 to €32.000 gross per year depending on experience;
