A key player in major strategic programs at the global level, Leonardo is a technology and industrial partner to governments, defence administrations, institutions, and businesses. /p pWithin the Industrial Operations area, we are seeking a HSE Specialist for our office in Vergiate (VA). /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHelp ensuring compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations /li liManage the main processes related with HSE management systems (ISO 14001 and ISO 45001) /li liPrepare and verify of technical procedures and operating instructions relating to HSE system /li liVerification of compliance with standards of health and safety at work - drafting and updating HS documents (DVR) /li liManage accident and near misses analysis /li liCarry out all work in accordance with the Regulatory, Legislative and Contractual requirements /li liManage accident and near misses analysis /li liCarry out activities concerning the Chemical Management (i.e. MSDS evaluation; Chemical Risk assessment)
and REACH impact on HSE activities /li liEnsure Corporate Reporting related to HSE /li liArrange for Induction periodic HSE training of employees and workmen /li liInterface with External Bodies (ASL, ARPA, Provincia etc.) during surveillance audits. /li liEnsure compliance of plant operations with regulatory requirements relating to air, solid waste, chemical, water, health and safety /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liQualification: University degree (Security, Chemical, Environment) /li liSeniority: Junior: 1–3 years of experience /li /ul h3Hard Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of environmental, health and safety regulations (mandatory) /li liKnowledge ok main processes related with HSE management systems (mandatory) /li liAbility to Manage accident and near misses analysis (nice to have) /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liAbility to work in team /li liProblem solving oriented /li liInitiative and motivation /li liAbility to work independently /li liAbility to assign and manage priorities /li liExcellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills /li /ul h3Languages and IT Skills /h3 ul liGood English level (write and oral B1/B2) /li liGood knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) /li liKnowledge of main SAP processes (nice to have) /li liOther: available to national business trip,
