This position is based in Italy. /p pAs the FPA System Administratorat Marelli, you will be responsible to oversee and optimize our financial systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance. /p h3bYour Responsibilities will be: /b /h3 ul liOversee and enhance financial systems like OneStream and various ERPs (SAP, IFS, Glovia, QAD) to boost month-end closure and planning (MTP, forecasting, budgeting). /li liManage upgrades, configurations, troubleshooting, security, and user access. /li liEnsure system performance, stability, data integrity, and global compliance. /li liProvide expertise in financial systems, advise teams, align with organizational goals, and recommend system enhancements to leadership. /li liIdentify and address financial process inefficiencies, support automation, resolve system issues, and enhance reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. /li liMaintain documentation and ensure data accuracy in OneStream. /li liCollaborate with finance and IT teams globally to meet requirements and integrate technological advancements. /li liConduct user training, promote system adoption, and create operational documentation and guides. /li /ul h3bWhat Qualifications you will bring:
