The Role
We are looking for a dynamic, technically skilled, and independent professional to join our team as a Technical Service Specialist.
The role combines technical support, troubleshooting, post-sales consulting, technical training, and collaboration with the Sales team. The successful candidate will become a key technical point of reference for both customers and internal teams, in Italy and internationally.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose technical issues and identify effective solutions for CIAS security systems.
- Deliver technical training and product demonstrations, both on-site and online, during pre-sales and post-sales activities.
- Provide technical support to the Sales team in Italy and international markets.
- Analyze technical specifications, customer requirements, and international project tenders.
- Support the Sales department during trade shows, seminars,
exhibitions, and technical events.
- Work closely with R&D; and Technical Marketing to support product development and market activities.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of technical support processes and customer satisfaction.
Professional Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in technical service, technical support, field service, or a similar role.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English – mandatory.
- Degree, diploma, or equivalent technical background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical software/applications.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the working time, both in Italy and internationally.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Ability to manage priorities and work effectively under pressure.

- Provide high-quality technical assistance throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Ensure effective and timely resolution of customer technical issues.
- Support the Sales team with technical expertise during pre-sales, project development, and negotiation activities.
- Strengthen customer relationships through professional and reliable technical support.
- Represent CIAS as a technical ambassador in international markets.
What We Offer
- Gross Annual Salary (RAL): €35,000–€45,000, depending on the candidate's experience, technical skills, and level of responsibility, plus premio components tied to individual paid service interventions and company performance.
