Our success is attributed to the dedication of our talented professionals, and this role is critical in maintaining the infrastructure that allows them to thrive. /p pbAbout the Role /b /p pAs a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring the continued airworthiness, safety, and reliability of our aircraft fleet. /p pYou will perform inspections, troubleshooting activities, repairs, modifications, and maintenance tasks on aircraft structures, engines, and systems while ensuring full compliance with regulatory and company requirements. /p pWorking closely with fellow technicians, engineers, and operational teams, you will contribute to a safety-first environment focused on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement. /p pbWhat Success Looks Like in This Role /b /p pSuccess in this role means performing maintenance activities safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate technical documentation, identifying and resolving technical issues effectively, and contributing to the continued airworthiness and reliability of the fleet while meeting regulatory and operational standards. /p pbKey Responsibilities /b /p ul liPerform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities on aircraft structures, engines, and systems in accordance with approved maintenance data and regulatory requirements. /li liCarry out inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, modifications, and functional testing of aircraft and aircraft systems. /li liRemove, disassemble, inspect, repair, assemble, and install aircraft components as required. /li liOperate tools, equipment, and testing devices necessary to perform maintenance activities safely and effectively. /li liComplete maintenance records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. /li liEnsure compliance with company procedures, EASA regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements. /li liInterpret technical manuals, maintenance instructions, engineering orders, and aircraft drawings. /li liMaintain an organized, safe,



and professional work environment. /li liCollaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and operational stakeholders to support maintenance objectives. /li liSupport additional maintenance tasks and projects as assigned. /li /ul pbRequired Preferred Qualifications /b /p pWe recognize that strong candidates may not meet every preferred qualification listed below. If you believe your experience and capabilities align with this opportunity, we encourage you to apply. /p pbRequired Qualifications /b /p ul liValid EASA Part-66 B1 or B1/B2 Aircraft Maintenance Licence. /li liWorking knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations and maintenance requirements. /li liPrevious hands-on aircraft maintenance experience in a commercial, business aviation, or military aviation environment. /li liLegal right to work in Italy. /li liProfessional working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level). /li liValid driver's licence. /li liAbility to perform the physical requirements of the role. /li /ul h3bPreferred Qualifications /b /h3 ul liType ratings on business jet aircraft. /li liAbility to travel internationally when operational requirements require support activities outside Italy. /li liExperience working within a business aviation maintenance organization. /li /ul pbKnowledge, Skills Professional Attributes /b /p ul liAbility to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues using approved maintenance procedures. /li liStrong understanding of aircraft maintenance practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance requirements. /li liAbility to interpret technical manuals, maintenance data, and engineering documentation. /li liStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. /li liAttention to detail in both maintenance execution and technical record keeping. /li liAbility to work effectively under operational deadlines while maintaining safety and quality standards. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary maintenance team. /li liCommitment to continuous learning and professional development.
