This is a substantial change management and leadership role where you must be able to lead significant operational activities within a highly commercial environment at a time of major development.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will lead a highly critical site where there are significant opportunities to maximise including a cultural refresh and a focus on new ways of working.
As such,
this role will be focused on best practice operational management with an emphasis on output, customer excellence, health & safety, efficiency and lean improvements amongst others.
