ppOn behalf of our Client, a biopharmaceutical company, IQVIA, a global leader in services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industries, is seeking for a Marketing Support Specialist based in Milan. /p pWork area: Milan; /p pThe Marketing Support Specialist responsibility is to contribute to the success of AHP and PH1 Programs within the International Rare Brand Team supporting the operational activities. /p h3RESPONSABILITIES /h3 ul liTechnical plan implementation support; /li liCollaborate with International team to implement cross-functional projects, collaborating with other departments (sales force, medical department, regulatory, compliance, etc.) and Countries; /li liSupport of Congresses (booth, coordination, contracting, attendance) in collaboration with International marketing, medical and event management; /li liCollaborate to organize Cycle Meeting and activities related to the training program; /li liPromotional material localization for all the International Clusters; /li liSupport marketing material development and approval process (in Veeva PromoMats) in line with brand goals, including and addressing all stakeholders (legal, regulatory, and medical) as well as external vendors; /li lisupport the localization process for all the countries, collaborating with the agencies coordinate the translation, adaptation and approvals in the international Clusters; /li liDigital Campaign across countries; /li liGive support indisease awareness campaigns and digital project that involve international countries; /li liSupport includes: reviewing of the contents, approvals in veeva and checking of the results; /li licontracting andPO with external vendors; /li liSupport International Marketing team in matters related to contracting and PO generation.
Securing of a high process compliance and data quality. /li /ul h3REQUIRED SKILLS /h3 ul liEducation in economics/business or life sciences, University degree is advantageous; /li liExperience in marketing is preferred; /li liDigital skills are well considered; /li liProject management skills with experience in managing multiple projects and associated budgets; /li liUnderstanding of interconnected enterprise systems like Veeva PromoMats is preferred; /li liFluent in English, written and oral. Other languages knowledge is an advantage; /li liCan do approach, sense of urgency, ethics, and responsibility; /li liAbility and eagerness to learn and adapt to new situations. /li /ul h3TYPE OF CONTRACT /h3 ul liNational Collective Labour Agreement: Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry /li liContract Type: Fixed Term-12 months /li liSalary Range or Gross Annual Salary: from 26.000€ to 35.000€ RAL /li /ul pThe salary range is defined based on experience, skills, and internal equity criteria.
