Job Responsability
Dynamics 365 Migration Project
- Participation in gathering and formalizing requirements with business functions; reconstruction of as-is processes and definition of the to-be model on D365.
- Fit-gap analysis against D365 standard functionality and evaluation of the choice between standard solutions and customization, including the related impact on costs and maintainability.
- Daily liaison with the system integrator: review of functional analyses, verification of estimates, reasoned challenge of solutions inconsistent with the process.
- Review of Functional Design Documents and process documentation.
- Setup and execution of functional testing and User Acceptance Testing; support for the migration of master data and transactional data.
- Key user training, support during go-live, and oversight of the stabilization phase.
Current Application Support (AX 2012)
- Second-level support for corporate, plant, and store users; taking ownership of, analyzing, and resolving reported issues.
- Ordinary and evolutionary maintenance: analysis of change requests, specifications for developers, release verification.
- Oversight of integrations with connected systems and consistency checks on data flows between applications.
- Management of change requests across the DEV / TEST / UAT / PROD environments.
Requirements
- 5+ years as an ERP functional analyst/consultant, focus on Supply Chain and/or Manufacturing (consulting, system integrator, or in-house).
- Hands‑on knowledge of D365 F&O; (or AX) across PIM,
Inventory, Warehouse, Procurement, Production Control, Master Planning, and Sales and Marketing modules.
- Ability to run fit-gap analyses and draft Functional Design Documents.
- Understanding of the accounting impact of logistics/production transactions (inventory valuation, cost accounting, order‑receipt‑invoice reconciliation).
- Experience on at least one ERP implementation/upgrade project, from analysis to go‑live.
- Experience in multi-company, multi-country environments (group of ~20 companies, Italian and international).
- Willingness to support the AX 2012 system during its maintenance phase.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Willingness to work in a lean IT structure, in direct contact with the business, including operational user support.
What Do We Offer
- Starting gross annual salary of €40,000, in line with the classification provided by the National Collective Labour Agreement for the Textile and Clothing sector (CCNL Tessile-Abbigliamento) for "impiegato" employees. The final salary and grading level will be determined based on objective criteria, regardless of gender, such as experience, skills and seniority;
