Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customized power solutions while developing your technical and project management skills. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kick-off to completion. /li liCoordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and other internal functions to ensure project milestones are achieved. /li liMonitor project schedules, deliverables, and technical documentation, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation actions.
/li liPrepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation. /li liSupport communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. /li liAssist in managing engineering changes, technical reviews, and project documentation. /li liMonitor project progress and ensure alignment with customer requirements, technical specifications, and company standards. /li liContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing project execution and cross-functional collaboration. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Energy Engineering or Economics. /li liUp to 2 years of experience in engineering, project management, or industrial environments. /li liBasic understanding of project management principles and engineering processes. /li liStrong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. /li liExcellent communication and teamwork skills. /li liProficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Smartsheet or other project management tools is considered a plus. /li liFluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage. /li liWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and manufacturing facilities. /li /ul h3Place Of Work /h3 ul liCasole d'Elsa (SI) /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
