ppReporting to the Service Quality Manager this position will be responsible for providing technical and commercial support to dealers and customers in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). The role acts as the primary point of contact for after-sales activities, warranty management, technical assistance, spare parts support, and dealer training, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and service excellence. /pulliProvide technical assistance and troubleshooting support to dealers and service partners /liliManage warranty claims and related documentation /liliEnsure timely and effective responses to technical inquiries /liliBuild and maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers /li liMonitor customer satisfaction and proactively identify improvement opportunities /li liDeliver technical training sessions remotely, at dealer locations,
