As SteelcoBelimed, we "Innovate with confidence", as we set new industry standards to meet our customer's needs offering high-quality products and comprehensive services for Infection Control and Life Science. /p h3Your Role /h3 pThe candidate will be part of the Controlling team and will act as a key reference point within the Finance team of SteelcoBelimed, taking on the role of Industrial Controller for the production plants. To support the enhancement of industrial controlling and the implementation of a structured model based on standards, processes, and a new ERP system, the ideal candidate should demonstrate a strong business partnering mindset and in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. /p h3Tasks Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine and implement the controlling model, processes, and reporting (financial and operational) for the production plants. /li liCalculate, update, and analyse product standard costs. /li liSupport the migration from the current ERP system to SAP S/4HANA.
/li liDevelop and ensure periodic reporting of industrial KPIs. /li liAct as a business partner to the plant Operations team and lead monthly reviews with Business Unit management. /li liAnalyse and optimize inventory levels, coordinating production planning and capacity utilization. /li liManage budgeting, forecasting, and audit activities (e.g., inventory checks). /li liProactively collaborate with controllers across the SteelcoBelimed Group and the Miele Group to standardize processes and leverage synergies. /li /ul h3Your Profile /h3 ul liSolid knowledge of industrial and management accounting, including product costing. /li liExperience working with SAP systems. /li liStrong knowledge of MS Office, particularly advanced Excel. /li liExcellent written and spoken English. /li liExperience in implementing or developing industrial controlling models and processes is a plus. /li liExperience in ERP implementation/migration projects and knowledge of MS Power BI is a plus. /li liKnowledge of AS/400 is considered a plus. /li liStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills, with a results-oriented mindset. /li liExcellent analytical, planning, and prioritization skills. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liSolid knowledge of industrial and management accounting, including product costing. /li liExperience working with SAP systems.
