ppSegula Technologies Is Looking For One Supplier Quality Engineer To Join Our Team And Support An Important Customer. The Activity Includes /pulliRepresent the company and own the relationship with Suppliers /liliPerform Potential supplier assessment “PSA” /liliDetermine root cause of supplier manufacturing problems and lead implementation of timely, effective, and efficient quality resolutions /liliManage supplier crisis with on-site support within 24 hrs when required /liliAssure supplier understanding and compliance with APQP processes and product PPAP submission and approval requirements /liliDevelop and execute plans to ensure supplier fulfillment of quoted capacity through use of Run at Rate workbook /liliImprove quality performance of suppliers, running workshops at supplier site and assisting supplier in developing a robust quality system /liliUniversity Degree in Engineering (preferred) or equivalent experience. Preferred specializations are: mechanical, electronics, aeronautical, chemical, industrial processes /lili2 years, thereof 1 years’ experience in the field of Automotive Purchasing/Supplier Quality or Engineering /liliKnowledge of manufacturing and assembly plant processes, procedures, tooling, equipment and facilities /liliDemonstrated knowledge of probability, statistical quality control and design of experiments /liliKnowledge of the Commodity structure and its processes /liliKnowledge about quality management and value analysis /liliKnowledge of MS-Office /liliFlexibility, Ability to work under pressure, initiative, capacity of teamwork,
