About The Team

The Delivery Cluster Manager at , Inc.
is responsible for overseeing and optimizing all delivery operations within a designated geographical cluster, ensuring efficient, timely, and customer-centric last-mile delivery services.
This role involves managing a team of delivery personnel and resources to meet operational targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:\

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of delivery supervisors and delivery personnel, including performance reviews, training, and development.
\
Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce delivery times, and improve overall efficiency within the cluster.
\
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery rates, customer satisfaction scores, delivery success rates, and cost per delivery, taking corrective actions as needed.
\
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and service level agreements (SLAs).
\
Collaborate with other departments,
including warehouse operations, customer service, and logistics planning, to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery processes.
\
Manage and allocate resources effectively, including vehicles, equipment, and personnel, to meet fluctuating demand.
\
Analyze delivery data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
\
Handle customer escalations and resolve complex delivery issues promptly and professionally.
\
Prepare and present regular reports on cluster performance to senior management.
\
Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance delivery efficiency and customer experience.
Job Qualifications:\

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
\
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, or operations management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
\
Proven track record of managing and motivating large teams in a fast-paced environment.
\
Strong understanding of delivery operations, route optimization, and logistics technology.
\
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
\
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
\
Proficiency in using logistics software, fleet management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
\
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as operational needs dictate.
\
Familiarity with local regulations and geographical nuances within the assigned cluster. xysqume
