pRicerchiamo per una multinazionale Farmaceutica con sede a Roma: /ppbr / /ppstronguUn/a Global Events /uSpecial Projects Specialist /strong strongu - SOSTITUZIONE MATERNITA' /u /strong /ppbr / /ppThe strongGlobal Events Special Projects Specialist /strong partners with Global Franchise and Commercial Operations Excellence teams to deliver key congresses, events, and strategic initiatives. The role leads project coordination, procurement and vendor management activities, working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution, operational excellence, and effective customer engagement through platforms such as Veeva CRM. /ppbr / /ppstrongKey responsibilities: /strong /pulliFranchise Project and Events /liliWork with Franchise on key congresses and events. Leading on logistics and overall project management with Global Brand Teams to deliver high quality and compliant events /liliSupport with identified strategic projects for the franchises, working closely with Commercial Operations and Excellence and the relevant franchise stakeholders /liliSupport ongoing key franchise activities through end-to-end management of procurement and financial processes. /liliCommercial Operations Excellence /liliAct as a key partner, leading project management for commercial operations and excellence project (e.G., Excel/Best Performance Club) /liliManage relationships with external providers and country counterparts within contract management scope ensuring strong collaboration across teams and markets (e.G., customer engagement ecosystem,
market research projects…). Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (RdA), Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipts (GR) within company systems. /liliWork closely with Finance and Procurement to support budget process, suppliers, and smooth execution. /liliNext-Gen Customer Engagement Ecosystem implementation support: partner with the key commercial functions to define the capabilities and requirements needed to unlock deeper customer understanding and engagement through a Veeva Vault CRM application for managing the end-to-end event lifecycle and related information, including content, attendees, speakers, and expenses. /li /ulpstrongRequirements: /strong /pulliPrevious experience in administrative, procurement or operations support roles. /liliGood knowledge of SAP and procurement management systems. /liliStrong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders. /liliExcellent communication and coordination capabilities. /liliProficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /li /ulpstrongPreferred Qualifications: /strong /pulliExperience supporting commercial, marketing or business operations teams. /liliFamiliarity with contract management processes and supplier onboarding. /liliKnowledge of CRM platforms, preferably Veeva, or similar customer engagement and relationship management systems. /li /ulpbr / /ppCCNL Chimico Farmaceutico /ppLivello D1 /ppRAL 33.883 /ppInizio previsto per Ottobre fino a fine anno con possibilità di arrivare a 12 mesi /ppbr / /p
