You are Absa.You are possibility. /b /p h3Job Summary /h3 pOverall job purpose /p pTo support the execution of Trade Finance operations by delivering in a wide range of activities such as transaction processing, signature verification, validation of documents, data entry and attend to queries from the portal. /p h3Job Description /h3 pKey accountabilities /p h3Trade Finance Processing /h3 ul liEffect accurate input for sanctions screening of trade transactions /li liSignature verification prior to processing activities for Middle Office /li liTo promptly action any requests from the trade portal /li liRecording bank transactions in systems /li liEngaging with different departments for pre-authorization transaction before processing in Middle Office /li liValidate documents to comply with current sanction policy /li liTo schedule currencies and send position sheet to Treasury for processing /li liTo elevate due payments to Treasury operations /li liProvide an efficient service by attending queries /li liRaise entries manually at Middle Office level /li liTo effect settlement of loan on due date /li liTo monitor complaints and raise to higher managements as and when required /li liCompile AML questionnaires according to standards /li liEffective data management to meet the standards of practice /li liAdhere to SLA and ABSA banking practice and procedures to ensure compliance /li liTo provide the required documents to the customers /li liPrepare and send advice (Copy of documentary credit/ amendment to customers) /li liRunning regular reports for tracking and monitoring /li liScan and upload of documents on bank's system /li /ul h3Experience and Education /h3 ul liMinimum of 2 years’ relevant banking experience in Trade Finance, with strong knowledge of trade products and documentation. /li liDegree holder in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field, with the ability to support and execute trade finance operations efficiently. /li /ul pbEducation /b /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
