Typically, we offer candidates with limited experience an annual salary of £41,255 in London and €39,892 elsewhere in Europe. Those with highly relevant experience typically receive between £56,345 and £85,797 in London and between €54,346 and €82,557 elsewhere in Europe. Candidates offered a permanent contract may choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.
