ppThe Junior Hardware Engineer, reporting to the Team Leader, will take care of the complete hardware design of digital and analog electronic boards, from the concept (requirement specification, component selection), through the design and validation (schematics, layout, prototyping, characterization), up to the mass production (production documentation, testing during manufacturing) /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefinition of Technical specifications and detailed hardware requirements for electronic boards; /li liDesign and simulation of schematics, selection of electronic components; /li liDesign and development of appropriate test hardware and procedures to prove the correct operation of hardware; /li liMaintenance, debug and redesign of existing projects; /li liComponents library management; /li liCustomer interface on hardware issues (internal customer, service department); /li liSimple digital design in VHDL code (FPGA design) and software design in C/C++ code (software for SoC/microprocessor design); /li liDocumentation of design specifications and implementation details; /li liCollaboration with other team members (including optical, hardware, firmware and software engineers) to define higher-level system designs, interfaces and protocols, etc.; /li liInteraction with EMS during prototyping and production phase /li /ul h3Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, ...)
