Guests can also enjoy spectacular views of Venice’s landmarks from the rooftop Restaurant Terrazza Danieli. /p h3About the Role: /h3 pThe Sommelier elevates the dining experience through expert wine knowledge, personalized recommendations, and refined service. This role supports the restaurant’s beverage program while embodying the Four Seasons commitment to exceptional hospitality and guest engagement. /p h3What You Will Do: /h3 ul liProvide expert wine recommendations, advise guests on pairings, and deliver engaging, personalized wine service. /li liCurate, update,
and maintain the wine list, ensuring selections align with budget, outlet concept, and guest preferences. /li liOversee day-to-day wine service, ensuring consistent delivery of Four Seasons standards and managing wine stock rotation. /li liConduct staff training on wine knowledge and beverage program elements, ensuring excellence across FB outlets. /li liManage wine inventory, including ordering, receiving, storage, cellar organization, and weekly/monthly stock counts. /li liCollaborate with culinary leadership to develop harmonious food and wine pairings that enhance the guest experience. /li liMaintain strong guest engagement, responding to requests and offering confident, high-level service at all times. /li /ul h3What You Bring: /h3 ul liMinimum 2-3 years of sommelier or wine service experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining, or Michelin-starred restaurant. /li liFluency in English and Italian /li liCertified Sommelier qualification from the Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET Level 2/3 (or equivalent certification) preferred /li liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with guests and inspire your team /li liA refined sense of taste, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences through wine. /li /ul h3What We Offer: /h3 ul liCompetitive Salary, wages, and a comprehensive benefits package. /li liExcellent Training and Development opportunities. /li liEmployee Discount for stays at any Four Seasons worldwide. /li liComplimentary Dry Cleaning for Employee Uniforms.Complimentary Employee Meals. /li /ul h3Schedule Location: /h3 ul liFull-time position based at Hotel Danieli, Venice. /li liFlexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed. /li liYou must possess the legal right to work in Italy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
